I've been looking all over for a recipe for Chicken Santorini, similar to the one served at the Colonial Park Diner in Harrisburg, PA (although at this point, any recipe for Chicken Santorini will do).

From the way my husband describes it, it's boneless chicken pieces in a tomato-garlic sauce, served over linguine. Anyone have a recipe for it?
