Thanks for the great recipe... I love the cookies from Publix... I made this recipe tonight, but added one egg.... as the mixture was too dry. I substituted cranraisens for the pineapple as my Publix uses cranberries, not pineapple. The cookies were great! Thanks again! Can't wait to make it again.
