Ok this is the recipe for lemon butter from the Carrabbas Pollo Rosa Maria. I think that it would be the same. It makes a lot more than you will need but you can refrigerate it for later.

LEMON BUTTER

1/2 cup clarified butter
3 cloves garlic
1/2 small yellow onion, diced
1/4 cup white wine
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of parsley, chopped
