This is how you make the Hawaiian Ribeye. I got it from someone who worked at Houston's:

Mix together equal amounts of:
brown sugar
pineapple juice
Worcestershire sauce
whiskey (bourbon)

Season the meat with salt, pepper and garlic. Marinade the meat in the liquid mixture a couple of hours.
