I have the Publix Calypso Cookie right in front of me, and it contains neither oats, pineapple, nor walnuts. It does contain pecans and has a heavy (fake) butter flavor. Almond extract is VERY overpowering, and I taste none. I'm a baker by trade, so these recipes are a puzzlement.
