This recipe is definitely not the Olive Garden Version. Although I admit its a good recipe for making the braised short ribs, Olive Garden uses a marsala and mushroom cream type sauce blended in with some diced roasted italien tomatoes, The sauce is kinda like a cross over between a traditional marsala wine sauce and an alfredo cream sauce.

I tried using this recipe with a jar of Bertolli Alfredo & Portabello Mushroom cream sauce and it came much closer to the Olive Garden version.
