I have eaten Grand Lux Asian Nachos and also Asian Nachos with Wasabi Cfrea Sauce at a small restaurant in Laguna Niguel CA which are vastly superior. After a couple of years of eating there and then running home and trying to duplicate it, I have a pretty close recipe. It has ingredients that must be purchased at an Asian grocery store or online. If still interested, send me a note and I will share my recipe.
