We won't ever be able to replicate this recipe unless you have access to a wholesaler that carries the Pepper Jack cheese stuff - because it is soft - not a block like what we can buy at the grocery store. That is why it doesn't melt down the same or taste the same and why employees can tell you the recipe!! I know a manager that used to be a cook there!
