SPINACH DIP WITH SHRIMP

1/2 cup diced onion
4 ounce butter
4 tbsp flour
3 tbsp chicken base
4 quarts alfredo sauce
1 lb cream cheese
3 cups Monterey jack cheese
1 packagespinach, thawed and well drained
5 cups steamed popcorn shrimp

Saute the onions in the butter.

Add the flour and chicken base, then add the alfredo, cream cheese and jack. Allow the cheeses to melt most of the way. Dry the spinach then add to mixture. Turn off heat and add the steamed shrimp and enjoy.

I make this dip daily at work. hope you enjoy it!
