I think that it is store policy for employees of Jim n Nicks to make up ingredients for the muffins. The first time we were there they told me to make a regular muffin, double the sugar and add cheese. The second time they told me to add clarified butter. I asked if there was any corn meal in it and they said "No". The third tme we were there they told me there was corn meal in it. I think they are totally messing with us!
