This is not the same recipe that I got from one of the chef's. I actually lost the recipe but I use the basic dough recipe as shown. The difference is that you use Rosemary, Oregano, and black pepper in the dough. Once made you can use one of several dipping oils or use a simple olive oil, black pepper, with a dash of salt. delicious
