hi micha! oh wow, your library sounds awesome!! and a dog lover too!? just like me!!! I have the Rustic European Breads book right now, out from the library. I have a bread machine that I use alot mostly for my english muffins which come out fantastic! but I don't bake in it..just use it to mix & knead. I have that other book too, but haven't looked at it yet. beth hensperger has some great bread machine books & just about all the recipes come out fantastic. I just treated myself to a cuisinart food processor & so I got the book out by charles van over about making breads in that...but I haven't tried it yet... I get so excited about getting things & then I chicken out about doing anything!! I bought a ton of apples yesterday & I'm scared to death to make a pie dough!! crazy, yes??!
