This just proves I have TOO MUCH to do before the holidays! (Along with everyone else, probably!) Ok, how about some ideas for Holiday De-stressors?? Anybody? Here's the corrected, ONCE AGAIN, recipe:

PECAN PIE BARS
Preheat oven to 350
2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 sticks margarine or butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup light Karo syrup
1/3 cup margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Mix flour, powdered sugar. Cut in the 2 sticks of margarine like pie dough. Press into a 9"x13" pan that has been sprayed with nonstick baking spray. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350. Meanwhile, mix brown sugar, eggs, syrup, 1/3 cup margarine, salt and vanilla together. Add crushed pecans. Pour over crust and bake 25 minutes at 350.Yum!!
