I am in the process of making these right now, however, I am wondering if there is a typo in the recipe. The muffins call for 1 1/2 cups of milk and 1/4 cup of oil, versus only 2 cups of flour, which makes the batter very soupy, not at all like muffin batter I have ever made before. I guess I will see how they turn out. Anyone tried these?
