I also have been looking for Julian's fudge recipe since it sounded so good. I think I will try my chocolate fudge recipe and add the dried cherries and the toasted hazelnuts that she describes in the book. The actual recipe never does appear. I've also read mentions of the "Burnt Sugar" cake in two books with no recipe given. I'm looking for that one too.
