I have wanted to try
this recipe for Almond Poppy Seed Muffins, but it calls for 2 cups of oil, plus milk and eggs for 4 cups of flour. Has there ever been a correction printed anywhere?

I checked the recipe in the book and the ingredients are the same. It does look like a lot of liquid. Hopefully someone who has tried the recipe will let us know how it turned out.
