Stefanie,
I wish I had a recipe to give you, but that's actually the main reason I looked up this sight, was to get some ideas. My best friend and I are both college students with small budgets and hectic schedules, however, we're both tired of eating ramen noodles and Kraft macaroni and cheese every night. I would love to cook, but it seems pointless to cook for only one, since my roomate and I have completely different schedules. Can you help me out in this area? I need some inexpensive and not necessarily, but preferably quick recipes for one.

Thanks,
Allena, Tx.
