If dinner is supposed to be the main meal of the day, you should have a protein (meat, tofu, etc.), two veggies, and grain (bread, pasta, rice, etc.). Add fruit and dairy via beverage or dessert (e.g., orange juice and ice cream, milk and sliced pear).
