Use 200g (7 oz.) can tuna, mackerel, salmon or pilchards 1 small can evaporated milk (150 ml or thereabouts) 1 small onion, diced 1 packet cheesy crackers 1/2 cup butter 2 eggs Breadcrumbs or crushed chips Salt and pepper to taste Crush crackers and mix with melted butter to form pie crust. Press into 8 inch pie plate. Flake fish, add two beaten eggs, milk, onion and salt and pepper. Mix well and place on crust. Sprinkle breadcrumbs or crushed chips on top and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min.
