not every time the results in the grill are perfect. I tried with a London Broil and it came out extremely dry. I also cooked a chicken breast and even though it had a wonderful flavor, I also think that it was too dry. As RisaG recommended, maybe, when we get the right time they will turn out all right. Thanks for the Recipes you sent me. They were excellent. Here in Puerto Rico we use frecuently pumpkins for soup, boiled by themselves, in fritters(Sweet), as part of the boiled vegetables in a Sancocho, and as part of Flan (custard). I like it very much, but is an acquired taste because it is sweet.

I can perfectly understand your feelings. I am sure that the healing process takes time. But remember that we are your friends and that we are there for you.

Take good care of yourself, your friend,

Gladys/PR
