BRUNSWICK STEW

QUANTITY 1

INGREDIENTS
1 breast or thigh of chicken
1 8 oz can of corn
1 8 oz can of lima bean
1 8 oz can of stewed tomatoes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 boiling onion
parsley
pepper

TOOLS
small deep casserole
or small slow cooker

PREHEAT 350

PREP
chop onion and tomatoes
cut chicken into large chunks
(if using crock-pot, drain limas)DIRECTIONS
Saute onions & garlic in oil.
Brown cut up chicken
Put everything in a small deep casserole,
including liquid from the cans.
Bake uncovered at 350 about 30 minutes.
or put in slow cooker for 11 hours.
