Thank you for your tips and ideas. Every little thing is helping me adjust to my new life. After cooking such huge meals for a big family, (I'm the oldest of 8 kids) it's been a bit difficult to cut down on the quantity. Thankfully, I have a patient husband, and a freezer that can stock my leftovers!
