Dittos--I found this recipe on Epicurious some time back--the mushroom-wine sauce is fab! I use toothpicks to secure the rolls.

These freeze beautifully! I freeze the rolls individually on a cookie sheet, then place them in freezer bags, along with a small bag of the sauce. This is my 5 year-olds favorite dish!.
