Hello there,

I am here to request some recipes that are easy to make in a dorm room for one. Our dorms only supply us with a small microwave and minifridge, so making good meals is nearly impossible. I put on a lot of weight eating in the cafeteria and feel I would fare much better if I could make my dinners in house.

If you have any recipes, please post them...items that aren't very messy are a bonus. Please consider my tight college budget won't allow me to buy a lot of fresh meats (nor will my itty bitty fridge)
