Just want to let everyone know that I did finally get to make the Chocolate-Chili Molten Cakes. They tasted very good, but I have to do a few things differently the next time I make them...and there will be a next time because I want to see if they will turn out right.

The first thing is the size of the ramekin...I have the 4 oz. size...the recipe doesn't state what size...it just says "2 individual serving ramekins"...does not give a size, so I used what I had. I baked them for 15 minutes...as the recipes says...the centers were baked too much...not runny at all. Now this might be too long for the size ramekins. Maybe with a little larger ramekins 15 minutes would be o.k. But next time I'm going to start off baking them for 8 minutes, check them and if they need to bake longer add another minute until I think they might be baked enough.

I also added 1/4 cup flour (sifted) because all of the "Lava Cake" recipes I have call for at least that much.

I think that's about all I would change for the next baking time

Also next time I might add just a little more chili pepper...not much...just a pinch.

Hope this helps!
