One of our favourites.

Fish with Fennel and Lemon.

4 thick fish portions(must be firm fish)
Salt and ground pepper to taste

MARINADE
30 ml oil
20 ml lemon juice
5 ml fennel seeds crushed

Make marinade pour over fish, refrigerate for 2 hours reserve marinade.Season fish.barbecue overmedium coals for5 to 8 mins. on each side depending onthickness of the fish.Brush with marinade towards the end.
Enjoy.
