I marinade my beef brisket several different ways, one marinade which I will give you below I also use for chicken

1/2 cup Lachoys Soy Sauce

1 cup oil (vegetable is best)

1/2 cup water

shake in lowery's seasoned pepper

Probably not more than two tablespoons
I eye it.

Marinade over night unless you can vac. seal it and then 4 hours at least.

Also the old traditional marinade is oil and worshteshire sauce

this gives it quite a bite and you would only marinade it for about two to three hours.

All on the grill of course! The smokier the grill gets the better.

Make sure the grill is ultra hot before you put the meat on the grill.
Sear the meat on both sides at first, and then let it cook. This will keep the meat from drying out too much. Becareful not to overcook
