Hi Sandy, yes I live in a little town just south of Wichita called Haysville. It's about 5 miles to the outskirts of Wichita so we usually just tell people we live there. The BBQ beef idea sounds good. That will work well with our resources (we are still tent camping) and your right about being tired after a long day of canoeing. The first day we have an 18 mile strech to go. When we get back to camp on that day the last thing we want to do is prepare an elaborate meal. Thanks for the idea. Where do you live?? Heather
