Hi Rohnda,
sorry to keep butting into your party but I have made lots of stuffed burgers --we love em ---
you can do them many ways ... some things are BASIC ---

Make you patties THIN -- we like em big and thin

Don't over handle meat as it will get though

you can mix some soup mix or dry dressing mix into the meat for EXTRA flavor but it is not totally necessary.

make patties and put in a "stuffing" or regular fare for burgers ie mustard ketchup pickle cheese then top with second pattie pinch together WELL around the edges. Now the trick is to cook them so sthey do not fall apart! use a WIDE spatula to flip and don't flip too much.

Spray grill top with "pam" or equvilent to ease in flipping.

some stuffings:
My favorite is fresh mushrooms and swiss cheese
speg. sauce and peperoni
bread stuffing like stove top (cooked)
