This is a family favorite at our house, and I've used it many times for guests. It's easy & delicious. Enjoy!

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Amount/Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ ------------------------
1 Can Pineapple Rings in Juice, reserve juice
2 Cloves Garlic -- minced
2 Tablespoons Ginger -- minced
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 1/2 Pounds Pork Tenderloin

Place tenderloins in large shallow baking dish.

Mix all other ingredients together, including juice from pineapple slices, reserving the pineapple slices.

Pour mixture over pork, cover and marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator.

Cook on greased grill for 30-40 minutes over medium heat.

Grill pineapple slices and serve with meat.
