This is a great summer potent potable, and I guess it could be portable. The orange juice cuts the rum taste, so please remind your guests that this is NOT fruit punch. Enjoy.

Wimbledon Strawberry Daiquiris

3 (6-ounce) cans frozen lemonade or limeade
3 cans water
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 pint frozen strawberries
1/2 fifth light rum

Place all ingredients in blender; blend well. Transfer to containers (clean milk cartons are good) and place in freezer. Will keep for weeks. Thaw slightly to serve. Spoon into glasses. Peaches may be substituted for strawberries. Serves 10-12
