Hi everyone! I am new to the bread machine. I just bought one last week and I've made 3 or 4 loaves. I am wanting to find out about the crust. I have a westinghouse bread machine. When the cycle is finished is the crust suppose to be hard? The top will be soft as can be, then about half way down it starts to get hard. I let cool then it starts to soften up some. Then next day it is softer, but not like in the stores. I use the light crust cycle. Is this the way it suppose to do. Like I say I'm very new to bread making. Oh yeh, the inside is soft and taste good. I hope I'm doing right on the message board, first time on it too. Thanks a bunch!! Dolores
