I found this on the net and then altered to suit my love for pineapple!!
Frozen Pineapple Pie (original recipe) 2 graham cracker pie shells 16 oz. cool whip, thawed 20 oz. can crushed pineapple 1 (14 oz. can) condensed sweetened milk
Mix milk and cool whip til blended well, add pineapple, pour into pie shell. Freeze. Remove from freezer about 30 minutes ahead of time to make slicing easier.
