Absolutely Apricot Bread
1 lb loaf 1 1/2 lb loaf
yeast 2 t. 3 t.
dry milk 1 T. 2 T.
bread flour 2 c. 3 c.
salt 1 t. 1 1/2 t.
butter 1 T. 2 T.
apricot jam 3 T. 1/4 c.
dried apricots, chopped 1/2 c. 3/4 c.
water 3/4 c. 1 1/4 c.
Use light crust setting. Delayed timer mode okay. From Electric Bread. **I added 3 T. sugar to my 1 1/2 lb loaf when I was dumping in the ingredients. My kids like a sweeter bread for their breakfast.

Cheese-Wine Bread

SUNDRIED TOMATO and FETTA CHEESE BREAD
1 cup luke warm water 1TBSP Tomato Paste 3 1/4 cups high grade flour 1tsp salt 1 TBSP sugar 1 TBSP milk powder 1TBSP olive oil 1/2 cup crumbled fetta cheese 6 drained and chopped sundried tomatoes 3 tsp surebake yeast
Process in breadmaker as you would for a reg size white loaf. Additions can be added during kneading such as mint, parsley, or chopped spring onions.

V-8 Bread

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups v-8® vegetable juice 2 tbl butter 3 tbl sugar 1 tsp salt 1 scant tsp basil and oregano 1/2 cup grated cheese (reduced fat cheddar) 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup warm water 1 pkg yeast 7 cups flour (or more)
Heat v-8 and butter until butter melts. Add sugar, salt, herbs, ketchup, and cheese. Cool to luke warm. Add tomato mixture to 3 cups flour and yeast. Beat until smooth. Gradually add more flour until you have a soft workable dough. Knead 8-10 min. until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl, let rise until doubled (1 to 1-1/2 hrs). Punch down dough and divide in 1/2. Let rest 10 min., covered. Shape into loaves and place in well greased pans. Cover and let rise until doubled (1 hr). Bake at 350 for 25-35 min.
