Hi Linda, Hope this helps, I got this info from SOAR and I haven't tried it yet: Starter: Begin with 1c. flour, 1c.warm water, 1/2c. sugar and 1pkg. yeast. On the 5th day, add:1c. milk, 1c. flour and 1c.sugar. On 10th day, add:1c. flour, 1c. milk and 1c. sugar. The 10th day is when it says to divide the batter.
