Karen, I live just north of Austin, Texas. We moved here from Iowa several years ago in a company move. You can take an Iowan out of the state but not of the body! Some of our favorite breads are an oatmeal, a many seeded bread, a wheat berry bread, and a jalapeno cheese bread. My husband especially likes a red onion and pecan bread. I enjoy the breads with fruit in them toasted. if you are interested in any of those recipes, I would be happy to share with you. I try new recipes for bread very often.
