Those bread recipies sound interesting...especially the many seed, and the red onion and pecan! We would love to try those if you would be willing to share them. I also love the fruit pieces in the bread, and that is why we often add dried sweet cranberries to our recipies.
We live on an acreage about 45 minutes drive west of Calgary, in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. We have 2 horses, and 2 husky dogs. We love the outdoors, and last summer my husband Joe and I took a great motorcycle / camping trip down to Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota. I was born in Laramie Wyo., and Joe and I are contemplating relocating in Colorado sometime in the next few years. We will see! We sure love it in the US!
