I use chocolate that I buy at a candy store. I use an electric frypan with a little warm water in the bottom. Put chocolate in a bowl and set in the warm water. You can add a little vegetable oil if chocolate is too thick. You can also use the large Hershey Bars. By melting in skillet you do not overheat the chocolate. You can also melt the almond bark and thin the same way. Good luck!
