I have not tried these but I got the a while ago from here. I have more that I'll look or later tonight. ENJOY.
Nut Bread

3 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 egg
1 cup pear juice
1 tsp. almond flavor
1 cup chopped nuts

Combine baking mix, sugar, flour, egg and juice and almond; beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Stir in nuts.

Pour into greased 9" loaf pan and bake 55/60 minutes at 350 degrees, or until a tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.

I omit the nuts and use 1 cup mini choc. chips.

Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Bread

2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking pdr.
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 stick butter at rm temp.
2 large egge
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup chocolate chips

Thoroughly mix flour, baking pdr., bkg. soda, and salt in med. bowl.

Cream peanut butter, sugar, and butter in large bowl of mixer for 3 minutes, or til well combined. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then buttermilk. On low speed, blend in dry ingred. just til combined. Fold in chocolate.

Spoon into greased 9" loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or until tester comes out clean.

Cool in pan for 15 min, then remove to rack to cool completely.

This one I have not tried, but it sounds good.

Bacon and Onion Bread

5/6 strips bacon
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking pdr
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted

Cook bacon in skilled til crisp. Drain on towels, then dice coarsely. Remove all but 2 tbsp. of fat. Add onion and cood for 2 min. or til tender.

Mix flour, bkg. pdr. sugar,sale, pepper and cayenne in lg. bow. Whisk eggs, sour cream and butter til blended; stir in bacon and onion. Pour liquid mix over dry ingred. and fold in just til combined. Do Not overmix.

Spoon into greased 9" loal pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or til it tests done. Cool in pan for 10-15 min, then remove to rack to cool completely.

Orange Poppy Seed bread

2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp baking pdr.
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup poppy seeds
1 stick butter, at rm.temp
1 cup sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp orange extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
grated zest of 1 med. orange

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x5x3" loaf pan with Pam spray.

Thoroughly mix flour, baking powder, sale, and pappy seeds in medium bowl.

Cream sugar and butter for 3 min. or until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then milk, vanilla, orange extract, almond extract and orange zest. On low speed, blend in dry ingredients just until combined; do not overmix.

Spoon batter into prepared pan, smoothing top. Bake for l hr. to 1 hr. and 15 minutes, or until it tests done. Cool in pan about 15 minutes, then remove to a rack to cool completely.

Another good one is as follows:

Maple Syrup Loaf

1 c. milk
1 c. maple syrup (Not pancake syrup)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c.sugar **
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp bkg. soda
1/2 tsp EA. salt, nutmeg and cinnamon
3/4 c. mini choc. chips (opt)

Melt butter, add to syrup, milk and sugar and stir til blended. Cool. Stir into egg yolks.

Sift together dry ingred. and stir into syrup min, til blended. Stir in chips if using.

Pour into greased, wax paper lined 9" loaf pan and bake @ 350 degrees for 60-65 min. Cool in pan 10 min. Then remove to rack to cool completely.

**Can add 2 sqs. baking chocolate. Melt w/butter and continue w/receipe.



Applesauce Treasure Loaf

Yield: 2 loaves

1 c Shortening; soft
1 1/2 c Brown sugar, firmly packed
4 Eggs
2 1/2 c Sifted all-purpose flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Soda
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Cinnamon
3/4 ts Cloves
3/4 ts Nutmeg
2 c Sweetened canned applesauce
1 1/2 c Quaker Oats, uncooked -- (quick or old-fashioned)
1 c Raisins
1 c Pitted dates -- cut in small pieces
1 c Candied red cherries -- cut in small pieces
1 c Chopped nutmeats

Beat shortening and sugar together until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time,
beating well after each addition. Sift together 2 cups of the flour,
baking powder, soda, salt and spices. Add alternately with applesauce to
creamed mixture; blend well. Stir in oats.

Combine remaining 1/2 cup flour with raisins, dates, cherries and
nutmeats; stir to coat fruits and nutmeats evenly with flour. Stir into
batter. Pour into 2 greased and waxed paper-lined 8-1/2" x 4-1/2" x
2-1/2" loaf pans.

Bake in preheated very slow oven (275 F.) about 2 hours. Set pan of hot
water in bottom of oven while loaves are baking. Loosen edges; cool on
wire rack about 10 minutes. Remove from pans; cool thoroughly. Wrap
cooled bread and store one day before slicing
