I'm looking for recipes for mini quick breads, like banana bread or fruit cake.
I really need to know how long I should bake them. I have lots of bread recipes but none that tell me how to adapt them to small loaves. I want to adapt them to 5-3/4 by 3-1/4 by 2 inches. thanks
