I think the basics from the book say {{{GO FOR IT . . . substitute away))).

I personally think there is absolutely no substitute for experience.

Just think, if those before us had not substituted and experimented, we would all be eating white bread-- probably store-bought in plastic bags with red, yellow and blue balloons. LOL!!!

Our moms only had family and friends to exchange their ideas...aren't we soooo lucky! Thanks to all who take the time. Thanks to Betsy and Bob who give us this forum!
