This sound good! I would jsut use 1 cup wheat and 2 cups bread flour and simply add the things you want to they all sound good I'd do the pecans & cinnamon would be good too.
Be sure to warm the milk.
Is this in a bread machine? I would start with the bottom ing. and work up not top to bottom. Most machine have you order it that way wet to dry, yeast always on top.
I would add a pinch more yeast
If you have Gluten you could add a1 tea but it does not look like you would have to.
I would add A BIT more oil & salt too.
