Ok, everyone, I altered my maple bread recipe by adding nuts (See "Bread Question-below if you have no idea what I am talking about), 1-1/2 tsp cin and one cup wheat flour in place of one cup bread flour. It was depressed in the middle top, it was too moist and altogether tasteless. I was hoping for a bread that tasted kind of like french toast made with wheat bread, kindof sweet. Any suggestions? |
