LEMON COCONUT BAR
1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 stick margarine 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 c. coconut 1 c. chopped nuts 2 Tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix flour, sugar and margarine with pastry blender, as for pie crust. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 10 minutes in 350 degrees oven. Mix rest of the ingredients together and spread on top of baked crust. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degrees oven. While still warm, pour following glaze: 1 Tbsp. softened butter grated rind and juice of 1 lemon 1 c. powdered sugar
