Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

2 cups flour
1/4 cup + 1 tbls cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 cup water
1 cup mayonnaise
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
Chocolate frosting

Combine the first 5 ingred; mix well. Add water, mayo, and vanilla and stir until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured 9" sq. pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 min, or till tests done. Cool. Spread frosting

Chocolate Frosting

2-2/3 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/4 cup + 1 tbls cocoa
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 egg yolks
2 tbls milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt

Combine all ingred.; beat till smooth.
