Hi, does any one else remeber those pudding in the middle cakes done in mixes quite a few years ago. Where there would be a tube of pudding running around the pan (they were baked in bundt pans).
Can I do that with any kind of cake recipe (just add the pudding in the middle) or are there some specific recipes for them?
