I will try to describe this the best I can. Roll out dough into a thick rectangle. Cut into even squares the number of rolls desired for the amount of dough you have. Now shape each portion thus: Fold opposite ends under and pinch dough together. Now do the same with the other two opposite ends. Keep doing this until the roll takes a nice smooth shape and rounded on the top. Place on a greased cookie sheet to let rise. The rolls will all be about the same size and have a nice round shape. If the rolls were too large or too small make necessary adjustments the next time. I hope this helps. Experience is the best teacher! "S"
