Sorry I didn't get back with the recipe sooner. Been REALLY busy. Hope you enjoy this recipe. I'm making it for my family again tomorrow night. (Kinda like a Friday night thing. :0)

This recipe will make 2 thin, or 1 thick crust pizza.

2 1/2-3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast (or 1 tbsp. if you buy it in bulk at Sam's like I do)
1 c. very hot tap water
2 Tbs. oil

In large bowl, mix 1 c. flour, sugar, salt, dry yeast. Gradually add the water & oil to the dry ingredients. Beat 1 minute with electric mixer on low, or beat by hand. Stir in enough flour to make soft dough. Turn onto floured board and knead about 8-10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic. Put in greased bowl and turn to coat all sides. Cover and let stand draft free until double in size. Punch down and divide in half. Press (with fingertips) the dough out as thin as possible. With a wet knife, cut into strips. Then cut strips in half. Place on cookie sheet. Spray with Country Crock spray butter, or I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray, and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 8-10 minutes. Take out and immediately spray with butter again, garlic salt again (if necessary), and sprinkle with parmesan. Serve with your favorite pizza or spaghetti sauce.

*NOTE: IF you are making a pizza, follow all the same steps until the dough cutting. After you have pressed out the dough, place on greased pizza pan, and let rise again. Top with your favorite toppings, and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until it looks done.
