I came here kinda late but I think I will try my luck at a low fat version tomorrow. Low fat sour cream, non-fat light pudding, I am not sure about the crust yet-gimme time. I will post the results probably on the healthy board. Thanks for the recipe-ps Terri I am going to use the lemon kind!
