Shawn; I do not use the papers in the muffin tins, I just spray them with Pam. Also these are best if you let the batter sit in the fridge for 24 hours to let all the bran flakes and raisins soak up the liquid. Stir well before using. You can either bake them as you need them or bake all at once and they reheat really well in the microwave, even if they are frozen.
